Working on getting myself Healthy

Now on week 2, getting more strict on eating and working out. Last week I had a set back... Worked 3 days and it threw me off my schedule. Getting back on track today. I have a doctor's appointment on Wed, so I can see where my weight is. However, I had one pair of shorts that were tight and were loose this past Friday when I put them on.
